How much does it cost to clean/repair/colour restore my bag/wallet/belt/shoes?
i) In order to ascertain the exact amount for each service, you would need to call 8100-3040 for pick-up or personally bring your items at our drop-off outlets islandwide. Click here for Outlet list.
(ii) Your item will then be sent to Bag Artisan Headquarters (HQ) for item analysis by our bag specialists after which a quotation will be sent to you within 3 to 5 days (Sat, Sun & PH not included).
(iii) If you agree to the quotation price and wish to proceed with the service(s), respond to our quotation which will be sent to you to make payment via PayNow (UEN 201327719W)
(iv) Work will only proceed when notice of payment is received.
How long is the lead time for service(s)?
Upon receipt of payment, the lead time for the following services are
General cleaning – 3 weeks
General cleaning with repair – 4 weeks
Colour restoration – 4-5 weeks
Colour change – 4-5 weeks
*not inclusive of Sat, Sun & Public Holidays
How do I collect my item after service(s) is done?
Upon completion of service(s) of your item:
Your item will be sent back to the drop-off outlet and you will receive a call from the counter staff. You may then proceed to the outlet for collection. Or,
Delivered to your place, if you availed of our delivery services
Do you provide pick-up and delivery service?
We do now! Please call 8100 3040 to schedule a pick-up and delivery. Please note that a minimal $20 Concierge fee applies for bag assessment and this will be waived once you proceed with the service.
What kind of chemicals/products do you use?
Our acids/chemicals/cleaning agents are curated and imported from the United Kingdom and the United States of America.
Is cleaning done manually or by machine?
Our bag specialists carefully perform the service(s) on your product by hand; no machines are used, hence our name Bag Artisan.
How do we determine the bag size?
Bag sizes are determined by measuring the length+width sides of the bag. Click here to illustrate.

Extra Large: more than 45 cm
